What nice words should i say to my boyfriend if he doesnt get the job he wanted?

my boyfriend is really excited about getting a job. Ive got the perfect words to say to him if he gets it but dont know what to say if he doesnt. I just want some ideas to cheer him up.. HELP !|||Just say something like.. Obviously they don't know what they're doing, if they didn't hire you!


Make it very clear to him that he will get the job he wants one day! And he will love what he does. Just support him no matter what.





You can also say- "Babe, I'm here for you no matter what. You'll get the job you want."





Something like that!


Good Luck!|||Let him know that this opportunity is only making way for another one. Maybe that job was not right for him but he will be selected for another.





Encourage him and be resourceful to always offer any help you can. If you care about him than assisting him with positions he is qualified for will encourage him to continue his job search.





These are frustrating times for jobseekers, so make sure you show him you believe in him.|||Express confidence that he did well, the job was probably already filled from within the company, as they have to advertise it for legal reasons. That is the way the real world works, many companies interview people for openings that they plan on giving to someone else, just to seem fair and meet equal opportunity laws.|||Wow how could they not select you, I guess they don't know what they are going to miss and some other company will have the luxury of having you work for them. Who do you think will be the next company who will be contacting you that you are interested in? I hope he does get the job.
