How would I score a NCAA bracket if I wanted to run a pool at my job?

I want to run a fun and free challenge among the staff at my church but I am not sure how to assign points to each round. Is there a standard point system to use?|||there's various ways to do it, not really a standard way. ive been in pools ranging from 1,2,4,8,16,32 (which is kinda top heavy) to 1,2,3,4,5,6 (which is way too bottom heavy)





the one im in now seems like a good mix. it's 1,3,5,7,10,20 in order from 1st round to championship game
