If I wanted to get a job for during winter break, when would be the best time to start applying?

Just during the holidays though, I don't want anything long term. Also, where would be the best places to apply to?|||Probably apply in late September. Best places will be retail stores that have a lot of Christmas shoppers.|||be a whore or i can pay u for suki suki|||October...but u can make money online easily.
