What kind of job could i create if i wanted to go the Philippines?

My friend went with her church as a mission trip, and the conditions just broke my heart, i wanted to give the world to these kids, and here is my question


do you think it would be possible to make my own business of people taking a doctor and veterinarian and helping people out?


Of course I know i cant save the world but I'll die tryinggg!!! :D


p.s. im 14...lolll.|||At 14 you will do better training yourself to be the doctor who helps. And btw,, if you think the Philippines is bad, you ought to see Haiti,...or war torn Afghanistan,..or the slums of India.
