If you had a choice of picking a job you wanted or a job that paid more, what would you choose?

I have to choose between a job that pays really well and a job that's a step in the right direction for my career and the pay is just ok. HELP!|||i would also look at the Benefits package: health, dental, vision, wellness programs, etc. Where are they better? Where is the atmosphere better for you? Where is more growth opportunity? Go take the job where it is a step to the direction to your career, because at the end, you can only move up! if you take the job that pays more, it will be ok for now, but later on you will be bored and still be looking for something else, so the most important thing is to be where you want to be and money and advancement will come along anyway. good luck!|||I'd go with the job I wanted since we spend at least one-third (or more) of our lives at work. Aloha|||i'm a capricorn so no surprise i'm going for the money....|||Hard choice... I would have to say the job that you want... If you dont atleast like your job, whats the use in having it.. If you took the one for just the money, you would probably end up quiting it after a while and wish you had taken the one you wanted.... awsome question|||the job i wanted. people forget u can`t take money with you when you die.|||Pick the one that you like doing since you'll be doing it for a long time. Its is a bigger pay when you enjoy what U do. Good luck!|||Choose happines over money!! If you hate your job, money won't help. You'll hate getting up in the morning and going in. You won't be thinking about the money...only how much you hate your job. Trust me!!!!
